Suche: Die Suchmaschine arbeitet ähnlich wie Yahoo. Das Kombinieren von Suchworten führt immer zu einer engeren Auswahl. Eine Eingabe von [Katzen Hunde] zeigt Bilder, die beide Worte irgendwo in den Bildunterschriften, Stichworten, Überschrift, Stadt, Land oder Datum haben. Benutzen sie keine " + - & AND OR * Eingabehilfen.

Einfach nur Leertaste als Worttrenner benutzen.

Sie können aber ein Wort mit Quoten " " umschliessen, um nur die eingeschlossene Zeichenfolge als einzelnes Wort zu finden. Also ["Eis"] findet keinen Reis und auch keine Eiscreme mehr.

Die Suchmaschine findet auch Datumsangaben im Format JJJJMMTT oder auch Teile davon.

Z.B. die Eingabe von [2006] zeigt alle Bilder des Jahres 2006, [200608] alle vom August 2006, [Herbst 200609] zeigt alle Herbstbilder vom September 2006 usw.

direkt Download: Auf der Preview Seite einfach auf "direkt download" klicken und das Hochaufgelöste Bild wird auf Ihren Rechner geladen. Möchten Sie mehere Bilder herunterladen benutzen Sie bitte die Lightbox.

Bild als e-mail Anhang senden: Alternativ zum direkten Download, kann man sich die Bilddatei auch als e-mail zusenden. Dazu einfach auf "Bild als email senden" klicken. Der Server schickt Ihnen das Bild dann als e-mail Anhang an Ihre registrierte e-mail Adresse.

Search: The search engine works similar to the one in yahoo!

Combining search words will narrow the selection. If you type in the words [ cat dog ] those pictures with the words 'cat' and 'dog' anywhere in the caption, keywords or headline will show up. Do not use any jokers, wildcards like '*', '+', '&' '-' signs.No AND or OR.

Just space separate the words, this will make the combination!

You may use double qoutes "word" to search for a single word instead of a string.

You can also search for dates, but the date has to be typed in, in a special format YYYYMMDD or parts of it.

ex. [ 20060927] will show all pictures taken in 27th of september 2006.

If you type in [ autumn 200609 ] all pictures of the autumn taken in September 2006 will be shown.

Download hires pictures: Clicking on "direct download" will load the hires picture to your local computer.

Picture send as e-mail attachment: Alternatively you might let the engine automaticely e-mail the hires picture to you. That saves your time, ´cause you don´t have to wait for the download. For this click on the "send picture a email" button. But keep in mind, the engine will send the picture to the e-mail address you have preregistered in the registration section. If you can´t recieve bigger attachments on your e-mail address, prefer the direct download!
